Everything looks correct here, not sure what you are confused about.
Playoff qualification is the same in league as IRL MLB. Winning a division gets you into the playoffs (Only situation where division placement matters). For the wild card # of wins (Overall record however you want to look at it) gets you in.
As for relegation it is strictly by overall record, always has been in every version of PT.
