If you own OOTP 22, you can go back and create the game there, then import through the later versions. That will give you the full setup. Otherwise, you won't have the normal coaches, GM's, etc. You can turn retired players into coaches if you want and many coaches are retired players, but you won't have people like Theo Epstein or Dave Dombrowski, and the coach abilities often don't match what you expect from real life when setting up historical.
