I played around with this a lot in PT25 and found that getting over 50% and over 75% seemed to be triggers for improved team performance, especially the 75% mark. It was very doable last year because Mission Edition cards had cross-chemistry. That's been removed in PT26, so the only way you're getting there is with some kind of theme team like all Dodgers or all Yankees.
