The ability to control the draft as a commissioner, similar to OOTP. Right now, you have to take control of a team under the team management screen (which fires the manager), to be able to make a draft pick for a team. It would be nice if you are in Commissioner mode, to be able to drag and drop, or have an action in the menu to select / draft for whoever is on the clock, not just your own team.
