Game 1 – April 16, 2060
Minsk 2, Sheffield 0

Leleu dominated the opener, shutting down Sheffield across 7.1 innings while allowing just two hits. The right-hander struck out six and kept the Hares off balance throughout. Minsk gave him an early lead when Carstea doubled home a run in the third inning, and Ludovice added a solo homer in the sixth. Sheffield had chances but stranded four runners and couldn’t solve Leleu’s command. Herzog took the loss despite a decent outing, giving up two runs in 5.1 innings. Saegert closed it out for his second save as the Bison started the series strong.
Player of the Game: Leleu

Game 2 – April 17, 2060
Minsk 6, Sheffield 4

The Bison offense struck quickly with Cramer’s three-run homer in the first inning, and Ludovice added a solo blast in the fifth to keep Minsk ahead. Sheffield tried to respond, with Aas launching a two-run shot and Rutz collecting two hits and three stolen bases, but defensive miscues hurt the Hares again. Gutierrez battled through 5.1 innings for the win, while Bercovici was charged with six runs (five earned) in the loss. Saegert once more nailed down the ninth for his third save. Despite flashes of fight, Sheffield couldn’t recover from the early deficit.
Player of the Game: Ludovice

Game 3 – April 18, 2060
Minsk 10, Sheffield 8

The finale turned into a slugfest, highlighted by Carstea’s extraordinary three-homer performance for Minsk. Carstea drove in four runs and set a new club record, while Ludovice and Schimpf also went deep. Sheffield responded with homers from Rutz (twice) and Jameel, but a shaky seventh inning from the bullpen proved costly. Zhang was tagged with the loss after surrendering a two-run shot that gave Minsk the lead for good. Tensions flared when Graham and Jameson were ejected during a fifth-inning bench-clearing brawl, adding drama to an already heated game. Saegert secured his fourth save, sealing the sweep.
Player of the Game: Carstea

Minsk swept the three-game series at Kingfisher Park, improving to 9-6. Sheffield fell to 6-9, continuing their frustrating start to the 2060 season.
