I still think you'd have the problem with players not willing to take a stand due to the money they'd be missing. QBs might be willing to make a stand. But that's about it.

You will still have those who are more worried about missing a paycheck. But if they are fighting for things that impact them more directly, they may hold out longer. Not to mention owners can't, say, bring in scab linemen w/o putting their investment in QB's at risk. Or try to get people interested in a bunch of backup QB's to play while the starters on strike. Especially when QB's are already paid enough money that they can hold out longer.
