This past offseason, St Louis traded 2-way prospect Cam Caminiti to Sin City. Today, he had the chance to show the Shires that they made a mistake.

RF Roman Anthony greeted Cam with a leadoff HR and the Shires followed with an onslaught. The Shires put up 7 runs against Caminiti in 2 innings, with Ohtani and White adding HR. Ohtani would go on to hit another HR, giving him 12 HR through 42 team games.

Webb provided the Shires with their 7th straight good start, allowing 1 run over 5.2 IP, despite 4 walks. Brayan Bello returned from shoulder issues to throw 2.1 scoreless innings in his new role as a reliever.

The Shires have won 4 games in a row, moving to withing a 1/2 GB of the Windy City Whitetails.
