And how, please tell, was the dad a jack@$$? What law did he break? Did he disobey a Miami ordinance? Did he go a foul of the MLB rules of purchase? Did he disregard the Constitution? Were clearly stated rules of conduct @ the Marlins ballpark violated? Did he not see when the pitcher pointed to her & say she should catch it? Did she yell "Dibs!"? Did he forget to yell "Dibs!"? Did he fail to apologize for hitting the net? Was he wearing white after Labor Day?
