I knew there was a good reason to give you that big contract - you have been doing a great job with the team during the first half of the season. Keep it up during the second half so we can hit our goal to Achieve a Winning Record.
Extend your player:
Do you remember me telling you to get Ernesto Pantoja signed to an extension? It's not too late to get going on that. The earlier we lock him up the better it will be.
Acquire a player:
I'll give you credit. When I asked you to upgrade the team at Cy Young Award winner, you listened. Jon McConnell was a nice addition to our club. But I still think you can do better. Keep working those phones to see what other moves you can make.
Build your farm:
I was hoping to get this team to a top-6 minor league system, and I can see that you're not quite there yet. You've built up a great pool of players, but we're one or two guys away from being truly dominant.
Improve your intl. amateur finds:
We've grabbed our share of international talent, but we could be doing even more.
During our time working together, I have been happy with your progress towards the goals I have set out for you. Considering your current and past successes, I am delighted with your overall performance. It's important to have success on-field and in the boardroom, and you seem to be on that path.

A strong first half of the year for the Giants prospects, headlined by Luis Gamez but Sergio Galindo also impressing.

A top-eight farm system for the Royals at the mid point of the season although they are a long way from the top couple of programmes, Memphis holding five Top-50 prospects!
