Game 1: 3-4 L. LP-Fragoso (5-2). Starter-Buckman (3.1 6 3 3 3 4). A Minnesota homer in the 7th broke a 3-3 tie and the Rays dropped their four straight home game. The bats only managed three hits.

Game 2: 3-1 W. WP-Ogando (4-4). S-R.Rodriguez (25). Starter-Vargas (4.1 5 1 1 3 4). HR-C.Williams (10). Not a lot of offense tonight either but 3 runs was enough as tonight it was the Rays with the winning hit in the 7th when Gurrola singled in a pair to snap a 1-1 deadlock.

Game 3: 4-10 L. LP-Acosta (9-6, 2.2 5 1 1 2 3). HR-Haro (24). Acosta's season is over as he left in the 3rd with bone chips in his elbow and will undergo surgery. The bullpen was brutal in this one as the Twins kept adding to their lead.

Team record: 73-54. The Jays have moved within one game and Boston remains two back. Next up: A day off to fly cross-country where we'll play 3 in Anaheim against the Angels.
