The game saved data is contained in the '.lg' directory within your 'saved_games' directory - this can be found for FHM11 in the local app data folder here:
C:\Users\<YOURUSERNAME>\AppData\Local\Out of the Park Developments\Franchise Hockey Manager 11\saved_games
For older versions of FHM, this is in the my documents location.
