Distinctive Features of EPIC
- Fast-Sim Format: One season every three weeks. You are never far from the next draft, pennant race, or playoff showdown.
- Immersive Graphics Standard: Every team comes with custom branding. Our community places a strong emphasis on logos, uniforms, and consistency, creating a believable and professional fictional world.
- Two-Part Draft Lottery: EPIC uses a dual-lottery system to set the draft order. Lotto A includes the 10 teams with the most lottery balls and decides the top 10 picks, while Lotto B assigns the rest. Lottery balls are awarded through a mix of five years of league performance and GM activity (exports, polls, award voting). Weaker teams generally receive more chances, but staying engaged is what maximizes your odds.
- Financial Parity: All budgets come from a single national media contract. Every GM starts with equal resources, ensuring success depends on strategy and team-building, not market size.
- Full Minor Leagues: Each franchise runs a complete farm system (AAA Italy, AA UK, A Ireland, Rookie Nordic). Development matters, and championships at every level add to the immersion.
