Salt Lake City Bearcats, 6-3. Starting pitcher
Sam Griffin was a big reason why. In 6 innings,

Salt Lake City Bearcats, 5-4, at Olympic Stadium.
Dave Grochowski led the way, going 2-for-4 for
Montreal. After today's action,
Montreal sits at 23-16, while
Salt Lake City falls to 19-19.
Grochowski delivered a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the bottom of the tenth to win it for
Montreal. In the contest,
Grochowski was 2 for 4 with a home run, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once.
"Being able to contribute to a win is always a great feeling,"
Grochowski told the Montreal Citizen.
