Diamondbacks Bridle Expos, 2-1

Starting Pitcher Miguel Ricketts was lights out, as the Arizona Diamondbacks beat the Montreal Expos, 2-1. Arizona is now 18-17, Montreal 20-16.

Arizona took a 2-1 lead on Tom Hubbard's 3rd home run of the season. The solo home run, which Hubbard hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Montreal pitcher Juan Miranda visibly frustrated.

"At the end of the day, it's always about your starting pitcher," said Arizona skipper A.J. Pascale.
