silvam14, you do need to have game sounds enabled in the game options to hear them. To create new sounds you need to have TTS. Windows 7 had more voices than Windows 10. Don't know about Windows 11. To create new sounds balabolka has some voices. You can also borrow sounds from any sound clips you download or get from YouTube including music. Edit these with Audacity or a similar program.
