Likely a very good guess. However, the original plans called for Pittsburgh to move to Atlanta around this time but with the Miners suddenly a very good ballclub it appears the shift to Georgia is off for them so perhaps that may change things for Kansas City. There is also another 4-team expansion coming in the near future as well.
