For "topics", there is no doubt that points are being transferred among teams outside of normal card sales, whether they are intra-user transfers or inter-user collaboration which is impossible for a player to know since the players aren't listed.

There is no other explanation for a common 45 card not in any missions to have a L10 of 1K PP, with sell orders that look like 3000(5) 25 (5) and similar buy spreads with inexplicable trade volume on both sides. There is no other reason for such volume and spreads on a common card where L10 rapidly ramps up and then ramps down to normal low levels.

There are numerous daily examples like that which are clearly not random sales. But the 10 card limit allows for this kind of activity. It is merely a speed bump.
