Prince Frederick, 1749
While I wait to get my question answered to post all the new league players I made all together, I figured I'd share this other baseball obscurity on here because why not? His name was Frederick, prince of Wales, and he is a relevant figure in various books about baseball's early history, a number of SABR articles, and has his own page on Baseball Reference Bullpen and Protoball.org.
Here is the bio on him from Protoball: "Prince Frederick of Wales was credited with having played an early form of baseball in the 18th century. He was seen playing what some call the "first baseball game" on September 19, 1749, though it seems likely that this game was quite different from Cartwright's version of the game, and was probably more similar to an early predecessor, or even something entirely different. Regardless, he has been mentioned in many baseball history books as having a significant tie to the origins of baseball. The Prince was known to enjoy various sports and was very physically active. However, he died in 1751 at age 44, with many historians debating his cause of death (some say he died after being struck in the chest with a cricket ball, which caused his lungs to burst, while others say that he died from a pulmonary embolism)."
