That's a tall order, though I confess I've never looked for that specifically. Depending on whether you want to have a photo just to see what it looks like or if you're hoping to model the park, you might want to see if there are any drawings or sketches or see if there are any Cleveland atlases from the period that show what the stands may have looked like. Maybe there are text descriptions from period newspapers?
