I have the teams from eriqjaffe's drop in 2010 or 2012??? I could send them to you. I believe those teams were:
Alabang Tigers, Batangas (which you've done), Cebu Dolphis, Dumaguete Uni-bikers, and the Manila Sharks. I believe Forward Taguig Patriots were apart of it but not so sure.
But yeah, now those names I have for a Filipino expansion
