A largely uneventful spring training although there was one (minor) injury of note. Rookie SS Vinny Arroyo, slated to take over as the starter, tweaked his hamstring late in March and was not added to the 40-man roster as a result. He should be OK in about 10 days and at that point we will likely bring him up although he did struggle at the plate in the preseason.

This leaves us with the following Opening Day roster:

This lineup isn't exactly impressing OOTP:

We're projected to be the second-worst offense in the AL, although on the bright side we're supposed to have the second-best pitching.

Time now to see, starting with 4 games at Fenway Park to open the season.
