IPA ANNOUNCES 2091 AWARDS
The Islandian Pro Alliance wrapped up the 2091 season with the announcement of all awards winners. Byron Bennigan, first baseman for Mahaska won his 4th Tycobbian Union Golden Bat Award and Zeke Bednard, shortstop for Crystal Lake was chosen the Ruthlandian Union Golden Bat for the second time in his career. The only other repeat winners were Golden Glove first baseman Edgaro Altuve of San Dimas and center fielder Ben Acheson of Marston, both were named for the second time.
