Houston Astros (116.8 points) using an outstanding week to propel them into the lead. The
Philadelphia Phillies (112.7 points) taking the 2nd spot, while the
New York Yankees (112.2 points) being next. The
Boston Red Sox (97.1 points) moved up one spot into the 10th spot. The
Los Angeles Angels (59.3 points) have hold of last place.
