In some cases. But Amazin makes a good point in this circumstance. WWE is advancing live stories, not competition. When one of the main characters gets hurt, months of planning (or from the looks of it now,
hours of planning) get thrown out of the window. You can't promote a guy who is either going to put himself at risk, or put others at risk, and thus ruin the scripts.
