I am trying to reactivate an old OOTP game, but I get an error message with my serial number. When I try to check the serial number, it says that it doesn't exist, and when I try to submit a support request, it says that my email doesn't exist in the database, so I can't submit a request. However, I still have my receipt for the game, which has both the serial number AND my email address printed on it, so I am not imagining this. How do I get support if they don't recognize my email address?
