Make it 3 in row. LA once again found themselves in the series and for the third straight year won it all. This time the Wyoming Cowboys 4-1. No team reached 100 wins but LA went 99-63. Wyoming won the AL West going 81-81.
In the AL Boston 2B Jun-young Lee took home the MVP hitting .258-40-122 while Detroits Rafael Rodela took home his 3rd Koufax going 17-11 3.11.
Lee also won the Jackie Robinson award as the leagues best rookie as well as win his 1st Gold Glove and 1st Silver Slugger.
Boston reliever Javy Guillen went 10-5 2.24 over 72 IP to win his 1st Rivera.
In the NL Houston's John Moody hit .318/.386/.550 and drove in 119 to win Aaron honors.
LA righty Yaagov Hysh went 17-5 2.62 to win the Koufax while Oklahoma City OF Travis Brumfield hit .312/.387/.507 stealing 19 to win the leagues best rookie.
San Diego closer Dan Billings saved 41 with a 1.70 ERA to win the Rivera award.

LA drew 3.3 million to set a new record. Boston paced the AL at 2.9.
Denver's Jaden Brown tossed the only no-hitter of the season, fanning 7 in a 5-0 win over Chicago.
In January the CBA was ratified and it included a provision that now requires 7 years of service time to become eligible for Free-Agency.
