I am trying to create a game in which MLB and Negro League teams co-exist in one combined league. The relationship between the MLB and NeL teams is like the AL and NL teams are today. All the teams are franchise All-Star teams, and I want to use the data from two other games/lg data and combine them into one csv file for the game. (Or an odb file or whatever works.)

How do I do that in a way that OOTP can use?
