Game 1: 5-3 W. WP-Buckman (2-0, 5 2 3 3 3 4). S-Whitfield (5). HR-Pino 2 (7). Pino belted a pair of solo homers and Rutschman had a 2-run double to lead the Rays past Baltimore. Buckman wasn't great but the bullpen (4 scoreless) was.

Game 2: 4-2 W. WP-Najera (5-0, 6 3 2 2 4 3). S-Lee (1). HR-Pino (8), Haro (3). Same guys swung the bats again with Pino homering and Rutschman going 3-3 with a triple to back a good but not sharp outing from Najera who stayed undefeated.

Game 3: 2-5 L. LP-Lennon (2-3, 6.2 3 2 2 2 8). The bullpen really let them down in this one as Lennon had a 1-0 lead with two out in the 7th before leaving with two men on only for D.Gonzalez to give up 3 straight hits to let 3 runs score, and then Whitehead gave up 2 more runs in the 9th.

Team record: 13-9, 1/2 game up on the Yankees. Next up: A day off then the White Sox visit for 3.
