Open the mission status screen by selecting Main/Collection Missions from the menu bar. This will show each mission by category and name, plus the rewards and completion requirements. Status will show something like "15 / any 24 of 32" or "90 / 155 points" or "4 / 5 missions" in the column. The first is a strict count of cards. I have 15 of the required 24 cards, and there are 32 cards available for mission completion. I need to acquire nine of the remaining 17 cards. The second counts completion by point value*, with higher-rated cards being worth more points. I have 90 points and need cards worth another 65 points. The last is a strict mission count, where this mission requires the completion of other, underlying missions (a mission set or tree).

In each case, you must have one copy of each of the required component cards. Duplicates do not count and can be sold to add to your Perfect Points total. Also, locked cards can be used for variant boosts...but make sure you're not planning to use that locked card on another mission later (many cards are part of multiple missions).

You can view the component cards or underlying missions by clicking on the mission title from the mission status screen. This will expand the mission, showing cards you already own at the top and cards you don't at the bottom. The unowned cards will also have a status bar showing the lowest current Card Shop price (if there are any for sale). You can click this bar to purchase the card immediately. If you're looking at a mission set, it will instead show the underlying missions and completion percentage. You can click on those to jump to their requirements. There are also category filters available, allowing you to show only certain mission categories, mission status or difficulty, and a sort function for how it's displayed.

*card point values (can be viewed on the card or mission screens)
cards rated 100 or above (Perfect) - 200
cards rated 95-99 (High Diamond) -75
cards rated 90-94 (Low Diamond) -50
cards rated 85-89 (High Gold) -15
cards rated 80-84 (Low Gold) -10
cards rated 70-79 (all Silver) - 5
cards rated 60-69 (all Bronze) - 2
cards rated 40-59 (all Iron) - 1
