I'm not clear on what your beef is here. Crosby wants to play. He's been listed on the injury report for weeks & still played. For a team that is now tanking for the 1st pick. The Raiders don't want to win. They are shelving him in the guise of "rest" so they can get the pick. Since he isn't going tpo be used, he asked to start his off-season early.

Why do you have a problem with the player? Why do you think Carrol is defending him?
