Times have changed here on the Mods Forum in the last five years.
eriqjaffe's great software has made it possible for the OOTP Community to do their own graphics.

It is highly unlikely you can get 32 teams created for you.
You might get response if you do them one team at a time.
There are a few graphics gurus that still invidual requests, but not
in large numbers.

Do a search on the forum for your teams. You might find some of them.

Your best best is to take teams that already have been done by txranger, low, Lawn Loaf, silvam,
Iseldelyod and other prolific graphics creators and use them.
That way you would get good qualtiy logos, jerseys and caps.
Check out the Stickeys posted here at the top of the Page.

Your can also use the Forum Search and try to find team graphics.
