That was it! Thanks. For some reason I was thinking the file would have the flag poles, etc, but after you posted I figured I should at least try changing it and it worked.

Well, for the most part anyways. There's still some sort of blue shading on most of the flags where the red and white stripes of the American flag would be (example below). If anyone has an idea on how to get rid of that, I'd appreciate it. I was thinking there might be a simple overlay file, like screen_gradient.webp, but I don't see it. So maybe there's a setting in the game somewhere?

This is better though! It's certainly less obviously wrong.
