So I first posted my issue on Dec. 24 on this forum. I have had no response beyond formulaic and non-helpful since then.

I created a support ticket on Feb. 23. I received one response and nothing since.

I have sent several followup emails about the support, and posted several requests for updates on the forum.

Is this typical of OOTP tech support?
