Bobby Moore (ML: moorebo01; mL: moore-003rob) appears to have doubled stats for 1981.

He played for both Modesto and San Jose in the California League, but baseball-ref doesn't show stats for each team. Database shows 60 games pitched with 52 starts, 30 and 26 for each team.

Thomas Roen (roen--001tho) is another who played for San Jose with double stats. His other team was Redwood.
