Tiny OOTP 27 screen on Hi Res monitors (How to fix)

If you open OOTP 27 and everything is so small you can't read it on 4k and 8k (1400 and 2160 resolutions) there is a very simple fix built into OOTP.

Click on settings either on the OOTP main page or if you are in a game and click on file. Click on Expert and down where it says "Use windows DPI scaling" turn that to Always Off and then close the game and reopen it and your font and scaling will look like it did in earlier versions.

Alternately, you may want to set it to Always On, for some users that will actually yield better scaling for you.
