Beijing Guardian Lions (73–47) and win the table trophy and the Pacific. Hyderabad Pearls (64-56) wins the India division, as both teams have won the division all 3 times. Guangzhou Rams (64-56) win the wildcard with the same record as the Pearls.

The postseason immediately put those records to the test. In the semifinals, the Pearls utilized their higher seed advantage to dismantle the Rams, ending Guangzhou's season with a swift 4–1 series victory.

The BFA Finals set up a heavyweight trilogy between Beijing and Hyderabad. Having watched the Pearls celebrate on their home turf last year, the Guardian Lions left nothing to chance. Beijing controlled the series from the start, taking down Hyderabad 4–2 to secure their second bracket title.

By sweeping both the table and bracket trophies, the Guardian Lions complete the "Double" for 2012. They now head to the Global Assembly of Champions as the lone representative for the BFA, looking to secure a historic "Triple" by reclaiming their world title.
