In my fictional league, the Arizona Scorpions have batted this guy leadoff for 3 - going into 4 - seasons. He's now 30 years old.
No major league team is going to bat an out-making machine like this leadoff for 4 straight seasons. By now they'll trust who he is, no matter what the scouts say.
You can see his scouting numbers are OK. I have scouting accuracy set to low. Is that what's causing the AI to keep playing him? It trusts his scouting numbers over his actual stats?
If that is the problem, is the solution to raise scouting accuracy so the AI has a better idea of how good he really is?
