World Baseball League Third Round – Series Recap - 2060
The Third Round delivered a mix of tight seven-game duels and controlled finishes. Las Vegas and Bucharest edged through Game 7s, while Kano and Panama City advanced in six. Momentum swung throughout the round, but each winner found just enough at the key moments.

Las Vegas Jacks 4 vs. Tegucigalpa Spirits 3
A true back-and-forth series. Las Vegas opened with a win, Tegucigalpa responded, and neither side was able to take lasting control early on.
Game 3 proved a major swing, with the Jacks putting up 13 runs, powered by big hitting from F. Lara and D. McGee. Tegucigalpa stayed alive with strong pitching performances, including a shutout in Game 5, but Las Vegas found just enough offence late in the series.
Game 6 forced a decider, and in Game 7 the Jacks edged a tense 2–1 win to advance.
C Tae-mok Lee was the standout across the series, finishing 11-for-26 (.423), 1 HR, 5 RBI, .516 OBP, .654 SLG.

Kano Camels 4 vs. Kuala Lumpur Tigers 2
Kuala Lumpur made an early statement and produced a huge 13–3 win in Game 3, but Kano responded with a more controlled and measured approach.
From Game 4 onward, the Camels tightened up, winning three straight to close the series. Their pitching limited the Tigers’ offence, while the lineup delivered in key spots.
Game 5’s narrow 3–2 win shifted the balance, and Kano finished the job in Game 6 with a composed 6–3 performance.
RF Jalmari Sistonen led the offence with 7-for-26 (.269), 3 HR, 7 RBI, .296 OBP, .654 SLG.

Bucharest Sounds 4 vs. Paris Black Cats 3
The most dramatic series of the round. Paris struck first and twice held the advantage, but Bucharest consistently found answers.
After trailing 2–1, the Sounds took Games 4 and 5 with timely hitting and steady pitching. Paris forced a Game 7 with a strong Game 6 win, but Bucharest controlled the decider, taking it 6–2.
CF Jivanatha Shan was outstanding, finishing 11-for-25 (.440), 1 HR, 5 RBI, .500 OBP, .680 SLG.

Panama City Poets 4 vs. Miami Swordfish 2
Miami opened the series with a win, but Panama City quickly took control and dictated the rest of the matchup.
Game 4 was the turning point, an 11–10 win that swung momentum decisively. The Poets followed with a dominant 12–3 victory and then closed things out in Game 6.
CF Ubaydah Khiari provided consistent production, going 7-for-19 (.368) across the series.
