I had this problem in ootp 26 *on a different computer* . I'm now using a new computer with ootp 27 and having the exact same issue.

My rating improvements in the development lab are not being allocated to the player most of the time. I get the emails telling me how much the improvement was for, then when I go into the player profile, the increase has not been added. I'm not sure, but I think that it might just be happening on pitching related things. Anyway it's happening most or all of the time.
