Can you try updating to macOS 26.4.1?
I'm a little hesitant to suggest that because some folks seemed to get this sort of issue when macOS 26.4.1 came out, but we've also seen specifically a couple times where folks had similar issues on macOS 26.3.1 and upgrading seems to have fixed it for them.
