Last night, my game began crashing at various points. Occasionally I was able to get to the login screen, but no further. It has since gotten worse, now crashing before it can even get past the very first screen. I have tried updating with installations from two places (

I was going to try uninstalling from my computer entirely, but the uninstall program recommends deactivating the license first, which I can't do because I can't get past the first screen. I have a screen recording of the issue, but it won't fit the file limit
