Update,
I looked at my roster for my open tournament - and the logos and team colors for my team changed again.
This is close to the images used on my PT settings

This is what my PT logo and color scheme changed to (which was my 1st setting)

I closed and reopened OOTP, the logos for my PT team stayed the same, but the colors changed again
