Ideas for teams in the SRBA, and logo thoughts
For the Pittsburgh Propellers, I was thinking of something along the lines of a baseball pitcher and/or a plane's propellers, for instance, because they relate to propelling things, if you really think about it here, folks. Detroit works well with Gearheads because they have a major motor car industry, for instance, with pistons and all. Steamworks for New York could perhaps work well there because of factories potentially being there in the applicable time frame, perhaps. Ottawa has an opera house, I believe, so something related to music and baseball could possibly work fairly well there, if it's done right. For Milwaukee's Muses, we perhaps could then lean into the related Greco-Roman theme, seeing as there were nine Muses, I believe, and there are nine defensive positions in the field for baseball. And for Indianapolis, I was thinking perhaps something along the lines of race cars, for instance, that possibly might suggest speed and power and all, for instance, at that, come to think of it.
The first sixteen non-MLB teams that are listed above should probably have more of a steampunk-style look for them than a retrofuturistic-style look, while the last sixteen of them should probably have more of a retrofuturistic-style look for them than a steampunk-style one, I think, if and whenever possible, but seeing as computers, for instance, are invented earlier in this game world's timeline, along with certain other technologies earlier than in our timeline, perhaps computers might operate a bit differently, at least in some cases, and perhaps some more futuristic touches could be present for at least a few, if not many, of the teams in the Retrofuturistic League, at least, if not also for at least a few, if not many, teams in the Steampunk League.
I'll show you what I currently have for the overall SRBA league logo, through ChatGPT, and you can perhaps do related logos for both subleagues and/or their own respective divisions for them, folks. Thank you for your time and all, then, of course, for sure. Maybe someone could do a better version for the SRBA's logo based on or inspired by the image included in this post. I really hope so, anyway, in any case, of course. CD out.
