TTC stands for Theme Team Collective, and it's a group of folks who play using themed teams in PT. It's run by EVCinNYC, one of our affiliate streamers, and there's different groupings of folks who are part of this at every league tier, but sometimes there's not enough players at a certain league tier to fill out a whole league, so sometimes there are other folks that get mixed in with the league. So, it's something relatively normal.
