There are players who have fewer innings pitched and starts that are on the list, so it's not that they are ineligible and they have been on the same team the whole time, so it's not like they've split time between leagues, which I guess I could see as a reason for exclusion.
Devs: Any way for me to edit this so that they are on the list as they should be?

I have struggled with how All-Star pitchers are selected, and it turns out the top 3 vote-getting starters are automatically selected, no matter how terrible they are.
So yeah, when I am playing a serious sim I end up having to select the pitchers.
