Coiley put together a 23-0-1 record in his first three years as a pro with a few decent wins over the well traveled Mike Pusateri and Billy Marsh. The wheels fell off the wagon for Johnny as he lost 7 of his final 9 bouts including a pair of losses to Tony Licata. One final KO at the hands of 3-13-1 Nick Peoples pushed Coiley into retirement.
