Fantasy Draft?

Is there a way to do a Fantasy Draft of all the MLB players before your first season? If there is, how do I activate it?

Select game settings, select league settings and under all all league functions(upper right) select all league functions. On that menu you will see the option to release all players and schedule an inaugural draft.

You can also erase all history on that menu as well.
