Easy solution for MLB uniforms and faces

I apologize for what is probably a dumb question, but is there a "one stop shop" for real world 2014-vintage MLB/MiLB and *** uniforms and faces (whether facegens or photo no matter)? I have scoured the mod boards but am unfamiliar with the nomenclature to understand what I am getting myself into with a lot of those threads. I have figured out a fix to get the real team names and logos, now just need the players faces and unis and im all set. Thanks in advance for your help.

PhillieFever has the most updated facegen set. download it and extract it into your fg folder.
there is a *** facegen thread somewhere also.

Hey thanks Mr. Game! Now all I need is unis and I am ready to really start angering the wife here for the next few months!

For MLB/MiLB, try downloading the All-in-One. I'm not sure if the *** unis have been added as well, so maybe try here:
