Is it possible to change "league level/Major Service" in player stats?
I started a career in 2015 but set up my league differently than I ultimately ended up with in 2019. In 2019, it is considered a "major league" so "Major Service" only considers years from 2019.
Is there a way I can edit years 2015-2018 so that is is considered as Major League Service? There are borderline HOF players there but only if they get to consider those years. I couldn't see an obvious way. Thanks. |

You can manually edit a player's service time in commissioner mode.
Another option to "cheat" on a larger scale is to manipulate the "days for 1 year of service" rule. For example, the default is 172 days, if you change that to, say 50, it should pop up and ask if you want to apply that to players in the game. If you say "NO" there, and then change the league back to 172 days, and this time say "Yes", what I believe should happen is that anyone who used to have 172 days of service would now show up with around 3 years of service. Obviously, please save/backup before trying something like this, and obviously it will adjust other things (anyone with 50+ days will be up over a year of service time with the change), but may be an easy way to add a few years to players en masse. |
