Perfect Team will not activate

I'm trying continue playing Perfect Team.
I'm starting my fourth season.
My PC is running Windows 10.

Perfect Team will not activate.
When I click on the 'PLAY PERFECT TEAM' button, nothing happens.
Under the 'PLAY PERFECT TEAM' button is the comment
"The OOTP 20 client is not up to date. Please install the latest version"

I've twice reinstalled the game version 20.1 Build 32 (32 bit) (Windows)
and I'm still getting the same message.

The OOTP 20 main game is working fine.

Any suggestions ?

You need to update to version 33, which was just released today, to continue.
