Backspacing

I saw this in a couple of other threads but not on tech support yet.

When setting up league structure and team names where you have a bunch of text boxes - for whatever reason there's no way to highlight what's currently in the box and overwrite it. Instead you have to backspace over whatever is in there before you type what you want.

While certainly not a bug, it can get extremely tedious from a UI perspective and it'd be nice if it would be included in the patch. Unless I'm missing something counter-intuitive (like hitting Ctrl-U clears the textbox or something).

Has anyone else addressed this yet and I just missed it?

Thanks!

I've bumped this to high priority too since it's a fundamental UI thing for me

I can see this being solved quite easily.

FM games do it (with a very similar DBMS in the background).

BUt right-on.

Setting up 240 players (my local league) and having to backspace through most names is ........

Good. Now could you make disabling faded logos one of your other requests?

Yes, I understand that, okay?

It's just something that I feel there is a better solution for all of us here. You, me, and Markus, and Eugene Church, okay?

I'm guessing that it's currently coded as some sort of transparency number?

I'm guessing that if it's a number, it can also be coded as a variable.

I'm guessing that if it can be set as a variable, then it can be given some user control in the interface.

If I can make it 100% transparent, it would be a huge improvement for me, for Eugene Church.
